Internal Auditing

This program is conducted to assist companies in the internal assessment of their own Quality Management System in relation to the requirements of one or more particular standard(s), customer, and/or in-house requirements.  

The audit will use a process orientated approach and provide a robust evaluation, and constant monitoring of the company's existing system, and help companies in their continual improvement.  The scope of the audit is tailored to meet specific customer needs and requirements.

Internal Audit is available for the following standard requirements and systems:

• ISO9001-2015
• AS9100 -2016

Supplier Auditing

This program is conducted to provide independent audits of suppliers on your behalf anywhere in the world.  No matter the reason, whether it is to free up valuable quality resources or help in an audit crunch. The scope of the audit is tailored to meet specific customer needs and requirements.

JCN auditors will work with you to customize the audit approach to meet your organization’s in-house requirements and procedures.  If needed, we can develop an auditing process that will satisfy your requirements.  

Typically these audits are done on-site at the supplier.  We work with both parties, coordinate and manage all phases of the audit.  JCN can also conduct desktop audits of your suppliers as necessary.
